You call DotsLauncher.launch and send the Pons launch fee (0.0005 ETH) plus any ETH dev buy. On Pons the coin's deployer shows as DotsLauncher. The Pons owner can redirect any coin's creator fees after a public 3-day notice; DotsPad watches for that.
